The cylinder head (valve lid) for 2.0 HDI engines is the original used part of the dog designed to seal the upper part of the cylinder head and to guide the crankcase ventilation. For versions 2.0 HDI 16V (RHR, RHK), it integrates the oil/PCV separator, which ensures the correct engine ventilation and reduces the amount of oil vapor in the intake.
