Especially suitable for models Peugeot 3008 I and 5008 I and Citroën C3 Picasso equipped with the RNEG/MyWay system. It is an original unit that maintains complete integration with the vehicle – display on the original display, control on the steering wheel and communication via the CAN bus. In the RNEG system, navigation maps are stored on an SD card, Bluetooth is used for hands-free calls.
The unit requires pairing with the car (so-called VIN upload) using PSA diagnostics, otherwise it beeps and limits functions for safety reasons. Diagbox/Lexia/PP2000 can be used for pairing. This system does not work with a PIN code – authorization takes place just by entering the VIN into the radio.
Installation is straight-forward: remove the existing unit after disconnecting the battery, rewire the main harness (PSA Quadlock) and antenna connectors (FAKRA for AM/FM and GPS), plug in the radio, and after mechanical installation, telecode/pair with diagnostics. We recommend comparing the part numbers and unit type (RNEG/MyWay) with the original radio in the car.
Condition corresponds to used parts – minor signs of use do not affect function. The unit was tested before disassembly and retested after disassembly.
