Installation and activation
– Replacement: remove the upper/lower steering column cover, release the old lever from the COM2008 module, snap in the new one, plug in the connector
– Safety: disconnect the battery before work (min. 10 minutes) due to airbags
– Coding: if the car has not yet had cruise control active, it must be enabled in BSI/ECU diagnostics (DiagBox/Lexia/PP2000). Replacing the lever itself usually does not require any further modifications
