Left front door lock for Citroën C-Crosser Peugeot 4007
Original electric front door lock designed for Citroën C-Crosser and Peugeot 4007. Parts with OE 9135cc (9135.CC) are fully compatible with the central locking system and the electronics of the car. Ideal replacement for defective actuator/lock mechanism in the left front door (page of the driver for cars with left -hand driving).
Lock function: integrates the electrical drive of central locking, lock mechanics and forwards information about locking/unlocking into the control units. The defective lock is usually manifested by the fact that the door cannot be locked/unlocked remotely, responds only occasionally, there is a weak “click” without moving the latch, or the door is only open from one side. A common cause is a worn electric motor of the actuator or tired microswitches.
Mounting tips for car mechanics: disconnect the battery (protection of electronics and airbags in the door before work), remove the tapec (buckle/screws), disconnect the lock connector and pull out the rods from the internal and outer handles. The lock is usually secured by Torx screws on the edge of the door. After installing the new lock, check the proper operation of the rods, stops and test the central lock function and mechanical departments repeatedly. Also check the bundle in the bushing between the body and the door with the problems.
