– Before working, pass BSI and disconnect the battery (wait a few minutes after turning off the ignition)
– Check the wiring in the grommet between the body and the door – broken wires can simulate a lock failure
– When transferring the rods, make sure that they are properly engaged and set the clearances (outer/inner handle, child lock)
– The lock does not require coding, after installation, test the locking/unlocking and door status indication
