This complete lock set is designed for Citroën C1 and Peugeot 107 models and contains the driver door lock, fuel flap lock, ignition barrel and the rear hatch lock. The kit includes two keys without remote, carrying a Toyota logo, fitted with blank transponder chips that are ready to be cut and programmed to the target vehicle. Central locking functionality is supported where fitted.

Installation Notes
Recommended for professional fitment or experienced DIYers. Typical replacement steps:
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before starting to avoid electrical short or unintended airbag/ECU events.
- Driver door lock: remove interior door trim, detach linkage and electrical connectors, unscrew the lock unit and fit the new lock in reverse order.
- Ignition barrel: remove steering column covers, take out retaining screws, disconnect electrical connectors and remove the old barrel. Install the new barrel and reassemble covers.
- Fuel flap and rear hatch locks: remove relevant interior trims, detach lock actuators and fasten the replacement units in position.
- After mechanical installation, keys must be cut to match the new locks and transponder chips programmed or cloned to the vehicle immobiliser using dealer-level or aftermarket key programming tools.

Common Faults & Service Life
