Air conditioning and heating control with the first generation Citroën C1 and Peugeot 107 by 2014. It is a manual air conditioning panel with mechanical bowden, ideal as a substitute for a worn or stiff control.
The
panel is designed for cars with manual air conditioning (not digital automatic). Thanks to the original design and corresponding product codes, they fit both in size and electrically, connectors and attachment correspond to the serial part. Included are rods that ensure accurate movement of movement to mixing and distribution flaps.
Typical defects of the original part include pulled or broken rods, cracked plastic segments of the driver, stiff flaps causing stiff operation, or inoperative undercoat. Replacement of the complete panel with pulls to get a smooth operation of the control wheels and reliable temperature switching and flow direction.
Mounting tip: Remove the center panel panel, disconnect the electric connectors (fan, A/C), release three bowden rods (temperature, air distribution, recirculation) and screws holding the panel. When mounting a new piece, make sure the rods of the rods to the controls to ensure the full movement of the movement. Recommended work time approx. 0.5–1 hours according to experience.
