Driver seat heater and airbag complete bundle for PEUGEOT 3008 and 5008
The original cable harness of the left front seat intended for the control of the heating of the seat and the connection of the side airbag. Suitable for PEUGEOT 3008 and 5008 cars of the first generation. An ideal solution if there are malfunctions such as non-functioning heating, an illuminated airbag light or intermittent failures when the seat moves. Thanks to the OEM design, the lengths, clips and connectors fit – assembly is plug & play without installation modifications.
Typical causes of failure with this harness include broken wires in the bend under the seat, damaged or burned connectors from long-term stress on the heating mats, and corrosion from leaks. Timely replacement of the bundle will reliably eliminate airbag errors and restore the function of seat heating, which is especially important in the winter season and from the point of view of safety.
Compatibility is determined by part numbers and connector shape. This bundle is for the left (driver’s) front seat with integrated heater and side airbag. Before ordering, we recommend comparing the codes on your original part and visually checking that the connector types and colors match (yellow airbag, heating mat power supply, etc.).
Assembly – brief procedure and tips
– Always disconnect the battery and wait at least 10-15 minutes before any handling of the airbag connectors.
– Move the seat to the extreme positions for better access to the harness and handles. Determine the wiring route and attachment points of the old bundle.
– Carefully release the fuses of the connectors, guide the new bundle along the same route and secure in the clips outside the moving parts of the skids.
– After assembly, connect the battery and erase any stored faults in the airbag/comfort system with diagnostics (e.g. DiagBox) so that the warning light goes off.
